Keep these documents safely: they will be requested when the property is sold, and their absence can delay a sale or reduce a buyer's confidence.
Electrical work is one area where the cheapest quote is rarely the best decision. The cost difference between a properly certified installation and an uncertified one is modest; the difference in safety, insurance validity and resale position is not.
